16 oz. orzo pasta al dente
DRESSING
1 c. olive oil
1/3 c. white wine vinegar
2 T. dry basil
4 cloves garlic
3/4 c. parmesan cheese
2 t. salt
1/2 t. pepper
add a few of the following:
sun-dried tomatoes
roasted red peppers
pine nuts
marinated artichoke hearts
capers
kalamata olives
right before serving add:
4 T. italian parsley
feta cheese
