This makes a huge batch. Just half it for a normal amount.
CREAM
1 c shortening
3 c sugar
ADD
2 eggs
2 c pumpkin
2 t vanilla
SIFT
5 c flour
1 t baking soda
2 t nutmeg
2 t cinnamon
Add 2 packages chocolate chips.
Bake 375 for 10 minutes
