Ingredients:
1 - skinless salmon cut into 2-1/2" to 3" strips
1/4 cup shoyu
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 cup water
white sugar to taste
shitake mushrooms (soaked in water until soft)
green onions
Directions:
1. heat oil under medium heat
2. place salmon skin side down. brown both sides (do not over cook)
3. add shoyu, water, sugar, mushrooms and onions
4. cook for 15 minutes uncovered
5. serve with white rice
